Where We Deliver
Bookaao delivers new, second-hand and rental books to addresses across India, to every serviceable PIN code. Whether your PIN code is serviceable is checked when you enter your address at checkout.
Delivery Time
- Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after the seller ships the book.
- Orders within the same city can sometimes arrive faster.
- Remote locations and areas served only by India Post may take longer. Public holidays, weather and courier delays are outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the weight of the books and the delivery PIN code. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay; nothing is added after you confirm the order.
Order Processing
After payment, the seller is notified to pack and hand over your book to the courier. If an order is not shipped in time, it is cancelled automatically and you receive a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you can follow it using the tracking number on the Track Order page, or from the order section of your account.
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items
If your book arrives damaged, is not the book you ordered, or is missing from the parcel, raise a return from your account within 7 days of delivery. See the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy for the full process.
