Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10 August 2025

For Purchases (New & Secondhand Books)

Refunds are issued only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

No refund once the rental period starts. If you cancel before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the booked slot → full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours → no refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
